Kanzen Ocean Fusion serves sushi and Japanese fine dining on Gili Air, with a Peruvian soul. Our kitchen blends Japanese precision with the bold, bright flavors of Peru, a style also known as Nikkei cuisine. Every dish starts with the ocean: fresh fish, clean cuts and honest seasoning.
